If you are browsing in Firefox (currently v2 or later only) or possibly even in IE7 (GetFirefox) you should now see an option in the search bar of the browser itself to search my site. You can also add the search to that bar permanantly so that you can search here from anywhere.
I'll update it to support FF earlier than v2 shortly and also look into IE compatibility - thats harder as theres no good documentation like FireFox has.
